End User Computing Services provide onsite support services for the Client’s Local Area Network (LAN) and end user devices. EUC services ensure optimised and reliable management of ICT operations to support the Client’s ICT enabled business functions.

We provide shared facilities for Government to house their servers at secure SITA switching centres. Safeguards Government ICT against unauthorized access, power outages and environmental factors, at lower cost.

We provide customers with service packages that enable convenient remote connectivity to the Government Virtual Private Network.

Provisioning of secure and policy driven remote access connectivity into the Client VPN through VPNRa

The CAP Service allows interconnectivity between any private network and the Government Virtual Private Network, thus providing third parties with secure access to Government services.

Customers on their own Virtual Private Network have access to Dedicated Internet Connectivity service package with bandwidth specifically allocated including local and international control traffic capability.

Customers on the Government Shared Virtual Private Network have access to Shared Internet Connectivity service package for which bandwidth is allocated on a regional basis focused on leveraging economies of scale across all customers.

Secure, direct and high-speed connectivity to services offered by Public Cloud Service Providers to the South African Government. This is achieved through a SITA point of presence (PoP) at a Carrier Neutral Facility, with related direct connect services.

The service enables:

 - Connectivity to Public Cloud SaaS services through a private peering point

 - Connectivity to Public Cloud SaaS services through a public peering point

 - Cross connect services within the CNF.
