On Monday, 10 September 2018, at the ITU Telecom World 2018 held in Durban, the CEO of SENTECH, Mlamli Booi, called on the ICT industry to use spectrum and technology to close the digital divide. “There is need to focus on digital inclusion through management of spectrum,” said Booi.
